We automatically collect limited technical data when you use the Platform, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and general usage patterns through cookies, analytics, and log files. This information helps improve stability, security, and user experience.


2. How We Use Information

We use collected data to:

  • Provide and manage Platform services;
  • Process payments and fulfill contractual obligations;
  • Communicate account updates, security alerts, and service announcements;
  • Improve functionality, usability, and reliability of the Platform;
  • Support compliance workflows, audit trails, and AI-assisted review features;
  • Generate aggregated or anonymized analytics for internal business insight.

We do not use or repurpose client or transaction data for marketing or advertising unrelated to your brokerage’s account.


3. Data Ownership and Use of Client Information

All transaction files, client details, and related data entered by agents or brokerages remain your property.
My Broker Cloud acts solely as a data processor and custodian on your behalf.
We will never sell, rent, license, or otherwise share your or your clients’ information with third parties for marketing or lead-generation purposes.

Access to stored data is limited to authorized personnel solely for:

  • technical maintenance or troubleshooting;
  • legal compliance (e.g., subpoena or regulatory request); or
  • performing contracted platform functions such as backups, storage, and payment processing.

4. Information Sharing

We may share limited information with:

  • Service Providers that support hosting, payment, analytics, or communications under strict confidentiality agreements;
  • Legal or Regulatory Authorities if required by law, subpoena, or valid governmental request;
  • Successors in Interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

We do not share your mobile information with third parties except as required to deliver SMS messages (e.g., via carriers or messaging vendors).


5. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Security controls include encryption in transit and at rest, access logging, role-based permissions, and regular security audits.

AI models operate within the My Broker Cloud environment only and do not train on, transmit, or share your brokerage or client data outside the Platform.
Users remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated outputs.


7. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to:

  • operate the Platform and fulfill contractual obligations;
  • comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements; or
  • maintain secure backups consistent with our cyber-insurance and data-protection standards.

You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.


8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • access or obtain a copy of your personal data;
  • request correction or deletion;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • request data portability.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
