Who It’s For: Agents, Admins, and External Cross Agents (Permissions Required)

What It Does

This feature allows both internal agents and external cross-agents to submit purchase offers directly into My Broker Cloud. Offers can be created manually or with AI data extraction, then linked automatically to their associated transaction. This lets agents and clients compare offers side by side.

Video Walkthrough

Internal Offer Submission

1. From the left-hand menu, click Purchase Offers.
2. At the top of the table, choose between Active, Archived, and Deleted tabs.
3. Click Add New in the upper-right corner to start a new offer.
4. Select the Transaction this offer belongs to.
   • The system will automatically populate fields like List Price, MLS ID, Property Status, and Images.
5. Fill in the required fields:
   • Offer Price
   • Response Deadline
   • Close of Escrow Date
   • Any additional company-specific fields
6. Upload the Purchase Offer Document:
   • If using AI Extraction, upload the offer file and allow the system to auto-fill the data.
   • Review and confirm all fields are accurate.
7. Click Create Purchase Offer (bottom-right) to save and link the offer to the selected transaction.

Once saved, notifications are automatically sent to assigned agents and other relevant users.

Public Offer Submission (External Agents)

1. Each brokerage subdomain includes a Submit Purchase Offer button directly under the login field.
2. External agents from other brokerages can use this public link to submit an offer.
3. Many brokerages add this link to:
   • MLS listing descriptions
   • Their own websites
   • Emails to cooperating agents

Once submitted:

• The offer appears in the transaction.
• The assigned agent(s) are notified.
• The submitting agent receives confirmation.
• The offer is not visible to the client until shared manually.

Sharing Offers with Clients

• Agents must manually click “Share with Client” for an offer to become visible to the seller.
• Once shared:
  • The offer appears in the Client Portal.
  • Clients receive a notification email or text.

FAQs

Q: Can AI automatically fill in purchase offer details?

A: Yes. When you upload a purchase offer PDF, AI will extract data automatically, but you must verify it before saving.

Q: Who receives notifications when an offer is submitted?

A: Assigned agents for that transaction and the submitting party.

Q: Can external agents access internal transaction details?

A: No. External agents can only submit offers via the public form and cannot view internal data.
