What It Does

This tool displays all submitted purchase offers for a transaction side-by-side. Agents can review, sort, favorite, and annotate offers — and selectively share them with clients. Clients view a clean, simplified version that helps them understand and compare offers easily, directly in their portal.

Where to Find It

  • Open a specific Transaction
  • Scroll to the Purchase Offers section
  • Click Expand to view all offers side-by-side

Both agents and clients access it from the same transaction — each seeing a version tailored to their role.


Agent View Features

  • Offers appear in card format: default is collapsed view
  • Click “Show Details” to expand and view all offer data
  • Key elements shown at the top of each offer:
    • Offer Price
    • Net to Seller
    • Status (editable by agent)
    • Viewed Timestamp (shows when client clicked to view the offer)
  • Sharing Offers
    • Offers are not shared with the client until you check “Share with Client”
    • Once shared, the client receives a portal + email notification
    • Viewing timestamps are recorded when clients click “View Now”
  • Statuses (Manual Tagging):
    • New
    • Reviewed
    • Rejected
    • Withdrawn
    • Accepted
    • Counter Sent
  • Favorite Offers:
    • Click the ⭐️ icon to mark an offer as the top choice
  • Sorting & Filtering Options (Top Right):
    • By Close of Escrow Date
    • By Net Offer
    • By Submission Date
  • Documents:
    • Offer-specific documents are shown within each offer card
    • Allows agents to verify or download attachments
  • Notes Section:
    • Employee Notes:
      • Internal only (visible to agents/admins)
      • Used for reminders, comments, or private context
    • Client Notes:
      • Shared between agent and client
      • Clients can leave comments or ask questions
      • Notifications are sent to both parties
      • Great for documenting verbal conversations
  • Editing:
    • Click “Edit Details” at the bottom of any offer to revise fields or add more documents

Client View Highlights

  • Only shared offers are visible
  • Offers appear blurred until the client clicks “View Now”
  • Viewing timestamp is recorded
  • Client can:
    • Compare side-by-side
    • View documents (if enabled)
    • Leave notes or ask questions
    • See status (but not internal data like agent contact info)

Q: Can I unshare an offer once shared?

A: Not currently — once an offer is shared, it stays visible to the client.

A: No — client view hides sensitive agent contact info.

Q: What happens when a new offer is submitted?

A: The system adds it to the transaction and shows it here — but you must manually share it if you want the client to see it.
